Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if there is any issue with your product please look at the options below which would guide you towards a return or a refund. Please kindly note we do not refund & return orders due to buyer’s remorse.
What items can I return?
Sometimes it does not work out the way you wanted it to, but unfortunately we can only accept some items listed below. Make sure to email us at shop@animeholics.store or contact us at (+94) 074-086-9469 when you want to process a refund. All refunds should be done within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
What items cannot be returned?
There are some items which cannot be returned due to hygiene issues or other problems, please see below:
- Clothes (due to products printed only after ordered)
- Bottles/Facemasks are non returnable due to hygiene reasons
- Personalized items cannot be returned
- Items above 50% sale will not be eligible for a return
How to return?
After we have given you the green light to return the product, please return it to the address given in the email. The location would be different depending on where you live, therefore there is no set address to send the goods. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
How can I get a refund?
Although some items cannot be returned, you can still get a refund for these items at certain circumstances listed below. Please send an email to shop@animeholics.store or contact us at (+94) 074-086-9469 on WhatsApp to initiate the refund. Note that you won’t be refunded for your shipping amount you paid us:
- Damaged/Defective product (product replacement possible)
- Lost in transit due to an Invalid address
Please note in order to get a refund you should clearly email us directly with your order confirmation and a clear photo indicating the issue at hand within 30 days of purchase.
